Office Manager
Our client who is based in the heart of Reading are currently seeking an Office Manager.

Do you have what it takes?
Do you have the following skills?

*Regularly liasing with the office building maintenance company and various suppliers
*Ensuring the main shared Microsoft Outlook and meeting room diaries are kept up to date and accurate
*Preparing meetings rooms for client meetings, training sessions, castings and interviews
*Maintaining consumable stock i.e. office stationary, office consumables and refreshments
*Fire alarm testing
*Directors' meeting arrangements
*Organising social events
*Arranging, and helping to host, client track days and other client-focused events
*Taking minutes at Management and Commercial meetings
*Handling postal mail and office deliveries.
