More than 900 two-year-olds will get the chance of free nursery education from today with the launch of a pilot scheme.
Glasgow, North Ayrshire and Dundee have been chosen to run the projects as part of the Scottish Executive's commitment to help give disadvantaged children the best possible start in life. The Executive is investing £2 million in the scheme.
